THE 27 AGENCY is your expert in setting up or expanding a sales network for your business and is supporting the sales department across-the-board. As sales representative, we present you in the desired and suitable target markets at sales calls, meetings, trade fairs and events in order to strengthen and optimize your sales and marketing. We have an international sales network specializing in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the UK - as well as Central Europe in general. We also have a fantastic network in Russia, USA and Latin America. We are constantly expanding our network and are open to develop your desired target market at any time.
MARKETING
Marketing and a communication concept go hand in hand with the sales strategy. Together with your team, we develop an individual and suitable concept. Our marketing competencies include partnerships and cooperation, marketing events, photo & video shootings, social media, newsletter, presentations and more. We are happy to analyse which concept suits your company and start building our strategy on it.
PUBLIC RELATIONS
PR live from great stories, good contacts and a tailor-made strategy. This is exactly what we offer. We create your individual PR concept, according to your personal wishes and needs. This includes creative storytelling, issue and dispatch of press releases, organization of press trips and PR events as well as maintaining a suitable media and journalist database. We will work hand in hand with your in-house Marketing team or PR agency.

OPENING MANAGEMENT
The opening of a new property is exciting and one of our specialties: we will advise and accompany you during the entire opening period of your hotel, chalet or villa. Together with you and your team, we develop a holistic strategy for the introduction, the placement and development of your business on the international market. This includes the general sales and marketing strategy, competition and market analysis, communication concept, opening PR, price management, opening events, staff recruitment, office setup and much more.

BEHIND THE SCENES
Claudia Epp, Founder: Growing up in the south of Munich, travelling has always played an important role in Claudia´s life and she used every chance to visit other countries and get to know new cultures. At the age of 18 she moved to Austria and then to Mexico for her studies of International Business & Management.
Claudia was working in the luxury hospitality sector for many years and gained experience in the areas of sales, marketing, public relations, events, reservations and front office management. Especially the responsibility for a holistic sales and communication strategy during the pre-/opening period of three luxury chalets has improved her know-how and management skills.
Claudia was able to create an international network consisting of travel agencies, tour operators, journalists and editors, hoteliers, direct clients, marketing agencies as well as business partners of various kinds. She was not only participating at international travel fairs and trade shows, but also organized successful sales & PR events, for example in Moscow and New York. Together with her great network and partners she is able to create an unique strategy, customized for your company.
